What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment across graduate, corporate and business hiring. Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies. Source and engage high-quality talent across multiple channels. Build relationships with UK universities, careers teams and student organisations. Represent Guidepoint at careers fairs, networking events and employer branding activities. Manage candidate communications, interview coordination and offer processes. Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes and share best practice. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2–4 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter e.g.) Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, data quality and human judgement. What We Offer Competitive salary and bonus.
