KPMG’s Valuation & Modeling team offers a wide range of services where we assist companies and their owners through the business lifecycle, including transactions, strategic planning, financing, and reorganizations. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment while providing analysis and valuation advice in connection with company acquisitions and divestments in a variety of industries. We assist our clients in engagements such as: Independent valuations, Public fairness opinions, Purchase price allocations, Financial modeling, Buy- and sell-side transaction advice, Incentive programs, Legal disputes, Portfolio valuations, Tax valuations, among others.
