Assortment Assistant – Heavy Woven at H&M Womenswear
Your responsibilities will include:  Supporting managers with planning, coordination and day-to-day operational tasks  Supporting onboarding activities and administration related to team members, systems and accesses  Acting as a key contact for practical and operational matters within the team  Supporting communication, information sharing and coordination across stakeholders  Managing calendars, presentations, team materials and other coordination activities  Supporting the product development process through coordination of samples, product information and administrative follow-up  Supporting business and team processes throughout the assortment development cycle  Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working     WHO YOU ARE  We believe you are an organised, proactive and service-minded person who enjoys supporting others and creating structure in a dynamic environment. You are comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, have a strong attention to detail and enjoy building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.  To succeed in this role, you likely have:  Experience from an assistant, coordinator, team support or similar role  Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment  Confidence working with digital tools and Microsoft Office applications  Strong communication and collaboration skills  A proactive mindset and a willingness to take ownership of tasks and processes  An interest in fashion and a genuine enthusiasm for working in a creative and product-driven environment  Experience from a fashion, retail or product development organisation is considered an advantage.  Most importantly, you are a team player who enjoys helping others succeed, takes initiative and approaches new challenges with curiosity, flexibility and a positive attitude.    WHO WE ARE  H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
