This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AVP, Technology Strategy and Operations based in the United States. This is a senior technology operations and strategy role serving as a trusted execution partner to the CIO and Technology & Delivery leadership team. You’ll help translate enterprise priorities into coordinated action, stronger governance, and measurable business outcomes. The role combines strategic planning, executive communications, portfolio oversight, KPI reporting, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll establish leadership cadences, improve accountability, and create management systems that help a growing technology organization operate more effectively. The position offers broad exposure to senior executives, governance bodies, technology leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders. Success requires strong judgment, executive presence, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence outcomes without relying solely on formal authority.
