Back Office Controller

Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field A few years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting, or a similar role Experience in cost controlling, production controlling, or operational finance is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP systems or other financial tools is a plus Ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working Good communication and stakeholder management skills High level of ownership and accountability Excellent command of English; German is a plus.
