Backend Developer (Kotlin)

Requirements: Senior-level engineering experience, typically 5+ years shipping production systems. Strong problem-solving and systems thinking - you can break down ambiguous problems and design good solutions. Good understanding of SOLID principles. Experience in web application development. Daily, fluent use of AI coding assistants as a core part of your workflow. Fluent in English and Czech. Nice to have: Kotlin and Spring framework knowledge. Advanced knowledge of networking.
