The Role As Bartender, you will prepare drinks with consistency, confidence and care while helping create the lively, generous atmosphere Florentine is known for. You will work closely with the floor and management teams to keep service smooth, organised and full of personality. What you'll be doing Preparing cocktails, wines and drinks according to Florentine standards. Delivering friendly, confident and engaging bar service. Keeping the bar clean, organised and ready for busy service. Supporting the floor team when needed to create a seamless guest experience. Managing stock, garnishes and bar preparation before and during service. Following hygiene, alcohol service and safety standards at all times. You'll thrive in this role if you We’re looking for someone with energy, personality and a real passion for hospitality. Has previous bar or restaurant experience. Enjoys working in a busy, high-energy environment. Brings a positive attitude and confidence with guests. Works well as part of a team and communicates clearly.
