About the Role You will join a laboratory-focused team that works with characterization and benchmarking of lithium-ion cells in the earliest phase of product development. Here, your work helps shape decisions on which cells are best suited for future tools and machines. This is a hands-on role where you combine practical testing with analysis and clear communication, while collaborating with colleagues in an international environment. The work is performed on site in the laboratory. It is a strong opportunity for you if you enjoy combining structured lab work with real influence on early technical decisions. Job DescriptionYou will benchmark and compare different cell suppliers and chemistries to support sourcing and design decisions. You will contribute to early-stage development projects by generating data for cell selection and performance evaluation. You will develop, improve, and maintain test methods for cell testing. You will analyze test results, identify deviations and unexpected behaviors, and turn findings into clear conclusions. You will document and communicate results in structured and detailed test reports. You will support continuous improvement initiatives within the Test and Verification team. RequirementsB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience as a laboratory engineer or in a similar hands-on technical role Experience with data acquisition tools such as oscilloscope, multimeter, and temperature logger Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with an eye for detail Proficiency in English, both written and spoken Nice to haveExperience working in international environments Interest or experience in battery cell technology What We OfferPermanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
