Scandian is seeking an experienced and strategically minded Board Director to support the Group’s continued international growth and development. As a full-time executive role, the Board Director will participate in Board meetings, provide strategic guidance and oversight, and support key business decisions while ensuring sound corporate governance across the Group. The position is based in Sweden and carries responsibility for global administration and compliance, while supporting the operations of Scandian’s subsidiaries in Sweden, India, and Africa in accordance with the direction of the Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities Participate in Board meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making. Provide guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. Lead and coordinate global administrative and compliance activities from Sweden. Ensure alignment with the Group’s long-term strategy, objectives, and Board directives. Contribute to the sustainable growth and development of the Group’s international operations. Qualifications Proven experience in senior executive, board-level, or governance roles. Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and international business operations. Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and cultures. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational oversight and long-term business objectives.
