BIM Co-ordinator (Structures)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a BIM Co-ordinator (Structures) based in India. This role sits at the intersection of BIM, information management, engineering coordination, and construction delivery. You will help govern digital project information across complex multidisciplinary construction programs, with a strong focus on LOD 400 and LOD 500 deliverables. You will coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, clients, and site teams to ensure models are accurate, buildable, coordinated, and ready for handover. The position combines technical BIM expertise with strong governance, quality assurance, and stakeholder management. You will work extensively with Common Data Environments and model coordination platforms while supporting remote and globally distributed project teams. Your work will directly contribute to reducing clashes, improving construction quality, and enabling reliable digital handover.
