Bioanalytical Scientist

Requirements: B.S. + 3-5 years, or M.S + 1-2 years relevant hands-on experience in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Biology, Biochemistry, Biology, or related life sciences discipline Required years of relevant hands-on experience in cell-based assays or immunology-based bioanalytical testing; prior contractor or industry laboratory experience preferred Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Desired Experience:  Hands-on experience in cell-based assay execution and immunology-based bioanalytical methods in a laboratory setting Foundational experience with one or more of the following platforms: flow cytometry, ELISpot/FluoroSpot, MSD, Luminex, and PBMC-based assays Experience supporting assay development, optimization, qualification, validation, or sample testing activities Strong familiarity of regulated laboratory practices, including GLP/GxP principles, Good Documentation Practices, deviation awareness, and controlled documentation Experience operating complex laboratory instrumentation and maintaining clear maintenance and performance records Sound scientific judgment, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to recognize and appropriately escalate technical or compliance-related issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document work clearly and communicate effectively across technical and cross-functional teams Ability to work independently, learn new techniques, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, timeline-driven environment Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company, providing a unique range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries, to make life and our environment safer, healthier and more sustainable.
