This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, channel strategy, and community activation—helping ensure TRM’s talent brand shows up in the right places, in front of the right people, at the right time.

The impact you will have:
- Execute talent brand campaigns across organic and paid social, events, partnerships, and community channels
- Partner with the Talent + Marketing teams to adapt and distribute content across the channels and formats most likely to reach priority talent
- Coordinate TRM’s presence at conferences and events, including speaking submissions, sponsorships, promotional materials, and logistics
- Build relationships with technical communities, professional networks, universities, and other talent partners
- Help produce and host community programs, including meetups, panels, and virtual events
- Manage paid campaigns and sponsorships across LinkedIn, newsletters, and relevant technical communities
- Track campaign performance, community engagement, and talent pipeline influence; use insights to recommend improvements
- Identify and test new channels and programs that can expand TRM’s reach with priority talent segments
What we’re looking for:
- 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, community marketing, employer brand, events, or a related field
- Experience executing campaigns across social, community, event, or partnership channels
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives from planning through execution
- Experience supporting events, sponsorships, meetups, or community programs
- Familiarity with paid social and digital distribution, particularly LinkedIn
- Strong written communication and an eye for how content should be adapted across different channels
- Comfortable using data to evaluate performance and improve campaigns
- High ownership and resourcefulness, with the ability to move quickly in a high-growth environment
- Experience engaging engineering or technical audiences is a strong plus
- Experience using AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows while maintaining quality
