What you bring To succeed in this role, we believe you bring: An academic degree in business, life sciences, healthcare or a related field, together with relevant pharmaceutical industry certification. At least three years of successful product or brand management experience in specialty medicines, or comparable field-based product management experience. Knowledge of Nordic healthcare systems and decision-making processes, with strong knowledge of at least the Swedish market. Experience of lifecycle management, digital marketing and omnichannel communication in a competitive environment. The ability to work effectively across functions, influence without direct authority and build productive stakeholder networks. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and fluency in at least one Scandinavian language. Flexibility to travel regularly for customer and business meetings, as well as national and international congresses. Experience in rare diseases—particularly benign haematology—sales, key account management or work across several Nordic markets would be an advantage. Familiarity with Veeva, pharmaceutical compliance requirements and additional Nordic languages is also welcome.
