Brand Partnerships Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager based in the United States. As Brand Partnerships Manager, you’ll lead a high-impact growth channel spanning affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, PR, and brand collaborations. You’ll build authentic relationships with creators, UGC partners, agencies, and complementary brands to expand reach and drive measurable revenue. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution across campaigns, events, activations, gifting, and partnership programs. You’ll own the affiliate ecosystem outside of TikTok Shop while identifying new opportunities across the evolving social commerce landscape. Your work will directly influence brand visibility, audience growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance. You’ll operate in a highly entrepreneurial, creative environment where initiative, relationship-building, and strong execution are valued.
