We continuously explore new production methods and materials to develop the physical environments of tomorrow. What do we offer? At Brandworks, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and help develop how robotics and large-scale 3D printing can be applied to real-world projects. You will work on a variety of assignments, from bespoke objects and prototypes to complex installations and large-scale productions. We have our own robotic manufacturing environment featuring a six-axis ABB robot, primarily used for LSAM printing but also for milling and other forms of digital manufacturing. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence the technology, develop new methods and test innovative solutions alongside dedicated colleagues. You will join our 3D printing and model workshop, working closely with designers, engineers, project managers and other production teams. We are a growing company with short decision-making paths, a high degree of individual responsibility and an entrepreneurial culture where we solve challenges together. The role at a glance As a Robotics Specialist / LSAM Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, programming and operating our robotic manufacturing processes. You will work across the entire process, from CAD models and production preparation to finished printed or machined components. You will play an important role in developing our working methods and exploring new opportunities in large-scale 3D printing and robotic manufacturing. Key responsibilities Programming and production preparation using Adaxis AdaOne and ABB RobotStudio. Large-scale 3D printing and robotic milling. Processing and adapting CAD models for manufacturing. Optimising toolpaths, parameters and production methods. Troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance. Developing new methods and workflows for LSAM manufacturing. Collaborating with model makers, project managers, designers and other production teams. Who are you? We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in large-scale 3D printing and industrial robotics. You have a strong technical interest and enjoy understanding how things work, testing new solutions and turning technology into effective production processes. We would like you to have: Practical experience in large-scale 3D printing. Experience with industrial robots, preferably ABB. Experience with ABB RobotStudio, Adaxis AdaOne or equivalent software. A good understanding of CAD and digital manufacturing. The ability to work independently in Rhino. Knowledge of Fusion 360 and/or SolidWorks is an advantage. As a person, you are technically curious, solution-oriented and self-motivated. You enjoy solving practical problems, taking ownership and driving your work forward. You can think on your feet, find solutions and adapt production when circumstances change. You are comfortable working to deadlines and understand the importance of balancing technical quality with time, cost and project requirements. An engineering degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering or automation is an advantage, but we value practical experience and technical expertise above all. Employment This is a full-time position, starting with a probationary period, with the intention of transitioning to permanent employment. The role is based on-site in Bromma, Stockholm. Applications are accepted exclusively through our recruitment portal, not by email. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
