Broker of Record (Commercial Real Estate)

the opportunity to help shape a new commercial real estate platform from the beginning. Current registration in good standing as a Broker with RECO. Eligibility and willingness to serve as Broker of Record. Significant experience within an Ontario real estate brokerage environment. Strong knowledge of TRESA, RECO requirements and brokerage compliance obligations. Commercial real estate experience preferred. Sound judgment, credibility and the confidence to provide independent oversight when required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A practical approach that balances regulatory compliance with commercial realities. Nice to Have Previous Broker of Record, Deputy Broker of Record, Branch Manager or Brokerage Manager experience. Experience within a commercial real estate brokerage. Exposure to a national or international brokerage network.
