Business Analyst

Job Description – add details here Develop functional and technical design specifications, process flows, and system documentation to ensure solutions meet business requirements, program objectives, and established standards. Refine User Stories and establish acceptance criteria identified for features Support system testing activities, like developing test scenarios, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect tracking Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify training needs and support user readiness for new or enhanced system functionality, business processes, and operational procedures Participate in implementation activities supporting the successful delivery of system enhancements and operational improvements. Provide end-user support by assisting with production support activities, responding to user questions, and helping resolve system related issues. Experience designing intuitive, user-centric UI/UX solutions Proficiency with SQL for querying and validating data Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including generative AI use cases
