Business Analyst – Graduate 2027

We're looking for a few exceptional graduates to join Anyfin in 2027. We're not hiring you into one narrowly defined analyst box. You could end up working across Growth, Credit, Finance, Product, Operations or somewhere we haven't even decided yet depending on what you're great at and where the biggest opportunities are. Anyfin exists to make finance actually work for people, not against them. Replacing the fine print and hidden fees of traditional credit with something transparent and fair. We've been building with AI at the core since long before it was trendy, and it's now central to how we design products, make decisions, and move fast. We're building the next generation of consumer finance, and we're only getting started: new products, new markets, and a lot more of Europe to That means a lot of important questions we don't have the answers to yet. That's where you come in. What you might actually do Your exact scope will depend on where you land, but you could be: Figuring out why something is growing or why it isn't Analyzing customer behavior, pricing, profitability, acquisition or credit performance Building models and forecasts that influence where we invest Evaluating new products, markets or business opportunities Turning messy data into a recommendation and then being in the room when the decision gets made You won't spend your first year producing reports for someone more senior to have an opinion about. We expect you to develop opinions of your own. You won't be one of 1000 We're not trying to become a huge company for the sake of becoming a huge company. We hire carefully, and every person we add matters. So no, you won't be one of 500 graduates joining Anyfin next year. You'll be one of a small number of people we've deliberately chosen to bet on. You'll know the people making the decisions. They'll know you. Your work will be visible, your ideas will be heard, and there won't be five layers of organization between you and the interesting problems. That comes with high expectations. It also comes with a lot of opportunities. Who we're looking for You're probably graduating in 2027 with a degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or something else that has taught you how to think analytically. But we're less interested in the name of your degree than in how your brain works. You're very good with numbers. Curious. Quick to learn. Comfortable solving problems that don't come with instructions. You can go deep into data without losing sight of the business and explain complicated things without making them sound complicated. Excel is expected. SQL is great. Python or other analytical tools are a plus. Previous full-time experience isn't required. Internships, student jobs, side projects, building something yourself or simply being unusually good at what you do all count. About your 15-year career plan We can't put a 15-year career ladder in front of you and tell you exactly which title you'll have at every step. We're a growing company. Things change. Teams evolve. New problems appear. What we can promise is that you won't have to wait years to be useful. You'll work alongside experienced people, get exposure across the business and be trusted with meaningful problems early. If you're great, your scope will grow. Probably faster than your job title can keep up. And if, a few years from now, you haven't grown further, learned faster and taken on more responsibility than you thought you would when you joined, we'll consider that a failure on our side too. There are easier places to start your career. There are probably more predictable ones too.
