CRM Business Support Specialist (Dynamics 365 Customer Service) Support the Premium Customer Support initiative and the rollout and ongoing use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. The consultant will act as a business-facing CRM specialist, supporting users, Super Users and business stakeholders with day-to-day functional support, knowledge management, training, adoption and continuous improvement. Tasks • Provide functional support and guidance to D365 Customer Service users. • Coordinate and support the CRM Super User community. • Maintain user guides, FAQs, SOPs and knowledge content. • Develop and deliver training and onboarding for users. • Support rollout and adoption in new markets and business units. • Capture user feedback, improvement needs and enhancement requests. • Coordinate with business stakeholders and the CRM delivery/support teams. Required skills • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service or comparable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. • Experience in business-facing CRM support and user enablement. • Strong communication, stakeholder management and training skills. • Ability to work independently and proactively in an international environment. • Experience with documentation, knowledge management and continuous improvement. • Fluent English. Additional Information The assignment supports a multi-market European rollout of Dynamics 365 Customer Service. The consultant needs to be highly business-oriented, communicative and able to work independently with users and stakeholders across different markets. Remote work is possible. A Europe-based consultant is preferred due to close collaboration with European business stakeholders, language considerations and the need for effective interaction across markets. The role is primarily business and user-facing rather than technical development or application administration.
