Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our Client in the financial industry As a consultant, you will play a key role in developing and improving KYC onboarding processes within the pension area. You will work across business and IT, taking ownership of clarifications, project deliveries and documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong customer experience. Detailed description of work task to be carried out Proactively handle clarifications and project deliveries to develop processes regarding KYC onboarding Demonstrate thorough understanding of the business but also technical landscape in Pension as well as an analytical and data-driven approach to present information in an understandable way Identify mitigations and take ownership and responsibility for risks to avoid non-compliance or negative customer experience in the onboarding of customers Take ownership for the planning and documentation of the decisions taken in the organisation regarding KYC in the onboarding of customers Effectively prioritise own work and support others in the right level of information to customerservice and Sale Drive the stakeholder management by communicating in a constructive way to support the project toward business and IT developers Ensure alignment and conclusions on priorities, dependencies and risks Have a positive attitude to contribute to a good and constructive change working environment Must-have knowledge and experience KYC knowledge Business knowledge - pension Analysing Presenting and communication information Technically understading Understanding business requirements Danish spoken and written English spoken and written Nice-to-have knowledge and experience Agile understanding Data analysis Problem solving Change management Creating and innovating Planning and organising Start date: 04-09-2026 End date: 31-12-2026 Location: Copenhagen, Denmark For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,9%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.
