Business Analyst, Technical Enablement

This fully remote role sits at the intersection of client relationships, business analysis, and technical delivery within a collaborative fintech environment. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for client accounts, leading discovery conversations and translating business needs into clear technical requirements. Working alongside Technical Consultants, you’ll help ensure that solutions are practical, aligned with client goals, and delivered effectively. The position offers meaningful exposure to cross-functional teams, leadership, and a wide range of client challenges. You’ll manage multiple engagements, balance competing priorities, and help clients make informed decisions between standard functionality and custom solutions.
