Business and System Analyst

For our client we are looking for a Business and System Analyst Assignment Overview: We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with Scrum Master capability to support future initiatives and act as a key link between business and IT. The consultant will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, driving process improvements, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. The role also includes supporting agile delivery teams as Scrum Master during shorter periods when needed. Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, clarify and document business and IT requirements. Facilitate workshops and create a shared understanding between business and IT stakeholders Document current and future states (AS IS / TO BE).Identify gaps, improvement opportunities and solution alternatives. Translate business needs into technical requirements and technical concepts into business language. Support prioritization, planning, follow-up and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with development teams, project managers, product owners and other key stakeholders. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies when required, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Support agile ways of working and help remove obstacles for delivery teams. Education: Relevant university degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience. Nice to have: Relevant certifications within Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, or Project Management. Experience: Must Have Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar requirements-focused role. Experience with requirements gathering, requirements management and documentation. Experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management. Experience documenting and analyzing business processes (AS IS / TO BE). Experience working with software development teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience as Scrum Master or similar agile team facilitation role. Nice to have: Experience from manufacturing, production, or shopfloor-related IT environments. Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments. Experience with MES systems and understanding of the PISA model. Strong experience driving business process improvements. Personal / Soft Skills: Strong communication and facilitation skills. Excellent stakeholder management capability. Analytical and structured way of working. Ability to simplify and visualize complex information. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. Proactive, solution-oriented and self-driven.Ability to navigate between business and technical teams. Other Specifications: Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies. Ability to act both strategically and operationally. Experience supporting both business and IT stakeholders in transformation initiatives. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is highly meritorious.Knowledge of MES and manufacturing-related IT landscapes is considered a strong advantage. Experience within large, complex organizations is preferred.
