Business Application Specialist - ERP

At KEYTO Group, we're building the leading technology-enabled platform for home services. As part of our Group IT team, we're looking for a Senior Business Application Specialist to take operational and technical ownership of our ERP environment, with IFS Cloud as the central platform. About the role As Senior Business Application Specialist - ERP, you will be responsible for ensuring that our ERP platform remains stable, supported and ready to meet the needs of the business. You will investigate and resolve incidents, troubleshoot integrations and data flows, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and drive issues through to resolution. This role combines hands-on application support with technical application management and continuous improvement. Since IFS Cloud is relatively new within KEYTO Group, you will initially work closely with our external support partner, handling both L1 and L2 support while building internal knowledge and support capabilities. Over time, your focus will shift towards advanced troubleshooting, problem management, integrations, testing, releases and overall technical application management. You will work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, IT Operations, business stakeholders and external vendors, acting as the technical owner of ERP-related operational matters. Key responsibilities Provide L1 and L2 support for IFS Cloud and related business applications Investigate complex incidents across application configuration, integrations, data, access and business processes Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners and vendors to drive issues to resolution Manage selected application administration, configuration and access-related activities Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, scheduled jobs and data flows between systems Support testing, upgrades, patches and releases Create and maintain support documentation and troubleshooting guides Train and support internal Service Desk teams on recurring ERP issues Identify root causes, trends and improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to Product Owners and technical stakeholders What we're looking for Several years of experience within ERP support, application management, system administration or a similar role Experience troubleshooting business-critical enterprise applications Understanding of application, integration, data and process-related issues Experience working with incident, problem and change management Ability to independently drive investigations and coordinate multiple stakeholders Experience collaborating with external vendors and support partners Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken Meriting experience Experience with IFS Cloud Experience from ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain or other ERP domains Experience troubleshooting integrations, APIs and data flows SQL, databases, log analysis and application monitoring tools Access management, role-based permissions and governance Testing, release management, upgrades and patching Who you are You are analytical, structured and proactive, with a genuine interest in understanding how complex systems work. You take ownership of issues, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and enjoy turning recurring challenges into sustainable solutions and documented processes. Location This is a full-time position based at KEYTO Group's headquarters in Stockholm, reporting to the IT Operations Manager.
