Business Architect SAP S/4 HANA O2C

Assignment Overview: The organization has been running an Industrial ERP program driving the transformation towards a global ERP landscape within the industrial system. Within this program, Order-to-Cash (O2C) is a key process area for the commercial organization with accountability for sales of Trucks, Buses and Power Solutions towards distributors and OEMs - external sales. The commercial backbone program uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the selected ERP. To ensure successful outcomes in these programs, an experienced ERP Business Architect is required to extend the End-to-End Architecture team. This role complements the team with solid Business Architecture and SAP S/4HANA competence and works closely with program stakeholders to ensure end-to-end consistency across the O2C process, alignment with other ERP processes, and adherence to the commercial target architecture. Responsibilities : · Represent and safeguard the O2C process within the program focusing on sales of Trucks, Buses and Power Solutions, aligned with core processes such as Finance, Procurement, and Plan & Fulfill. · Collaborate with cross-program process streams and the Service Integrator to secure seamless process integration, ensuring development of end-to-end processes over several business areas. · Ensure the O2C process for external sales aligns with inter- and intracompany needs. · Support Business Process Owners and other roles in establishing process documentation, governance, and global templates. · Ensure adherence to business objectives and target architecture, steering design decisions towards scalability and industry best practices. · Identify, communicate, and escalate business impacts when aligning current processes with industry standard processes. Experience (Must Have): · 8+ years documented experience relevant to business architecture and SAP S/4HANA O2C. · Documented experience within the Order-to-Delivery domain in a manufacturing environment. · Solid understanding of sales, delivery (including export), and invoicing processes. · Significant experience as a Business Architect in complex and global environments. · Experience with process documentation and BPMN tools; ARIS is used. · Preferably located in the Stockholm area to support hybrid work with presence 3 days/week onsite. Nice To Have: · Experience from the automotive industry. · Experience working with complex, specification-based products. · Experience from multiple ERP implementation projects. Language : Fluent English, both written and spoken. · Focus area : Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Order-to-Delivery (O2D). · ERP landscape includes SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365 interaction for an end-to-end O2C process over two ERPs. · Part of the End-to-End Architecture team. · Collaboration with program stakeholders, Process Developers, realization leads, cross-program streams, and Service Integrator. Start date: asap - 30 September 2027 Location : Hybrid setup - Södertälje, on site 3 days/week is a must. Preferably located in the Stockholm area to support hybrid work with presence 3 days/week onsite.
