Business Architect
Assignment description We are looking for an experienced Business Architect to support a large-scale ERP transformation with focus on the Order-to-Cash, O2C, process. The assignment is part of a broader transformation towards a global ERP landscape and requires strong Business Architecture experience combined with solid SAP S/4HANA competence. You will work closely with program stakeholders to ensure end-to-end consistency across the O2C process, alignment with adjacent ERP processes and adherence to the commercial target architecture. In this role, you will represent and safeguard the O2C process, with focus on external sales, and ensure alignment with other core processes such as Finance, Procurement and Plan & Fulfill. You will collaborate across process streams and with the service integrator to secure seamless process integration and support end-to-end process development across multiple business areas. You will also support Business Process Owners and other key roles in establishing process documentation, governance structures and global templates. A key part of the assignment is to ensure that business objectives and target architecture are reflected in design decisions, with focus on scalability, consistency and industry best practices. The role also includes identifying, communicating and escalating business impacts when existing processes are aligned with more standardized ways of working. Qualifications: Must Have You have a university degree, preferably within Computer Science or a related field. You have 8+ years of documented experience relevant to the role, including Business Architecture and SAP S/4HANA O2C. You have documented experience within the Order-to-Delivery domain in a manufacturing environment. You have solid understanding of sales, delivery, including export, and invoicing processes. You have significant experience working as a Business Architect in complex and global environments. You have experience with process documentation and BPMN-based process modelling tools. You are able to work in a hybrid setup with regular on-site presence in the Stockholm area. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Nice to Have It is meriting if you have experience from the automotive industry. A plus is experience working with complex or highly configurable products. It is also meriting if you have experience from multiple ERP implementation projects. You are pragmatic and results-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to build alignment across different stakeholders and functions. You collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments and are comfortable balancing business objectives, architectural principles and practical delivery needs.
