Business Area Global Allocation Management Specialist (m/f/div)

Qualifications: 3-5 years of professional experience in resource allocation management, global operations, supply chain management, or related field Strong proficiency with ERP systems (such as SAP, BW)  Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP and data visualization) Strong written and verbal English skills Expertise in analyzing complex allocation scenarios and developing data-driven solutions Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in global, matrix-driven environments Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations Knowledge of global supply chain allocation management practices   Desirable Skills/Qualifications: Preferred experience with business intelligence tools and forecasting methodologies Preferred familiarity with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company.
