Business developer / Payroll Specialist
Assignment description We are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst with a strong focus on Payroll processes and HR systems to support an ongoing HR system transformation. In this role, you will contribute to the design, alignment and implementation of project-driven changes, with a particular focus on ensuring that Payroll and HR requirements are translated into clear, standardized and harmonized processes. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and support the transformation from requirements gathering and impact analysis through process design, documentation, testing, rollout and stabilization. A key part of the assignment is developing future-state Payroll processes and workflows and ensuring alignment between business needs, system requirements and new ways of working. You will document and maintain requirements for the new Payroll solution, support process and system testing and contribute to implementation readiness. The role also includes supporting the development and maintenance of user and administrator documentation, as well as rollout and stabilization activities. You will work closely with project and change teams to help ensure that new processes and ways of working are understood, adopted and embedded in the organization. Qualifications You have relevant academic education or equivalent professional experience. You have strong practical knowledge of Payroll and HR administration. You have a good understanding of People & Culture processes, particularly Payroll and time-related processes. You have experience with process development, process mapping and workflow design. You have experience gathering, documenting and translating business requirements into processes and workflows. You have strong documentation skills and experience working with structured process frameworks and maintaining process documentation. You have experience working with HR and Payroll systems such as SD Worx Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time, SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, SAP Payroll or similar solutions. You have experience working in projects and/or transformation initiatives. You understand change journeys and how process design can support the adoption of new systems and ways of working. You collaborate effectively across project, business, HR and change stakeholders. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. You are a collaborative and people-oriented professional who builds trust and creates alignment across different stakeholder groups. You work in a structured and proactive way and are comfortable managing complexity while maintaining progress through clear coordination and follow-up. You are adaptable and resilient and remain effective when priorities shift or when working in an evolving project environment. You enjoy facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams and understand the importance of involving the right stakeholders when developing new processes and ways of working. You also bring a strong change perspective and understand how clear processes, structured documentation and well-defined ways of working support successful transformation and long-term adoption.
