You connect strategy, processes, data, and digital capabilities to create a procurement function that is fast, transparent, resilient & value-driven. This is not about optimizing isolated processes—it’s about building a system that performs at scale.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>In this role, you will report to the Head of Procurement Excellence and Enablement and sit within our Strategic and Operational Procurement function. The team is responsible for building a transparent, data-driven, and scalable procurement function that supports Stegra’s rapid growth and long-term ambitions.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>As we are building from the ground up, you will have a unique opportunity to define standards, platforms, and ways of working without legacy systems or historical constraints.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>You will:</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Design and evolve the procurement process excellence across Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), with a strong focus on end-to-end efficiency and governance</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Translate business needs into scalable solutions across processes, data, and digital tools and define the development roadmap</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Drive prioritisation and adoption of digital initiatives as well as implementation on ways of working across processes and functions</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Enable leadership and category teams with decision-critical insights and analytics to support sourcing strategies, investments, and prioritisation</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Identify and implement high-impact initiatives (automation, AI, data models, guided buying) in areas such as spend analytics, demand forecasting, contract management, supplier risk and workflows</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensure procurement data is structured, reliable, and decision-ready, enabling transparency, compliance, and efficient buying channels</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Build digital and analytical capabilities within procurement teams and help establish global process standards and governance that support speed, compliance, and scalability</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You are curious, collaborative, and driven by impact.
