Business Developer

Assignment description We are looking for a Business Developer with a strong interest in digitalization, data, AI and information management. In this role, you will strengthen a Business Development and Strategy team within R&D, with a focus on identifying inefficient processes and ways of working, developing practical solutions and supporting their implementation across the organization. You will work hands-on throughout the improvement process, from identifying problems and engaging stakeholders to implementation and follow-up. The role includes turning business needs and improvement ideas into practical digital solutions using available tools, data and AI where relevant. A key part of the assignment is to support the continued development of the management system and SharePoint-based information landscape. This includes improving how information is structured, maintained, accessed and used, as well as reviewing documentation structures and related ways of working. You will also support cross-functional improvement and digitalization initiatives based on organizational needs, with particular focus on organizational efficiency, information management, data and AI. Qualifications: Must Have You have a Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, Economics or a related field. You have experience within digitalization, business development, process improvement, information management or similar areas. You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including information and document structures, permissions and collaboration environments. You have experience identifying and implementing process improvements or digital solutions. You have a good understanding of data and how it can be used to improve processes and decision-making. You have practical understanding of AI and automation and how these can be applied in a business context. You have experience working in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders. You have excellent communication skills in English. Nice to Have You have experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI. You have experience with information architecture, document management, metadata or knowledge management. You have experience applying generative AI, Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools in an enterprise environment. You have experience from R&D, engineering or another complex industrial environment. You are a pragmatic and curious problem solver with a self-driven, solution-oriented and hands-on approach. You take strong ownership, have a clear “doer” mentality and are comfortable turning discussions and ideas into concrete actions. You collaborate well with different stakeholders and are comfortable working across organizational boundaries. You thrive in areas that may not yet be fully structured and have the ability to create structure, drive improvements and follow through into implementation. You have an interest in both technology and how people, processes and organizations work, and you understand how these perspectives need to come together to create practical and sustainable solutions.
