Business Development Manager (BDM) - Chinese Business Community

What we're looking for Proven experience in the logistics industry, supported by demonstrable commercial achievements and a strong track record in business development. Experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or Sales within logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding or international business. Fluent Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. Dutch is considered an advantage. A strong understanding of Chinese business culture and the ability to build lasting relationships with Chinese customers. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities independently. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels. A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role while collaborating effectively with internal teams and international colleagues. Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands to visit customers and prospects. A valid driver's license. A bachelor's degree or equivalent level of working and thinking.
