Business Development Manager

This is an exciting business development opportunity within a fast-paced international iGaming environment. You will focus on identifying, engaging, and acquiring new traffic partners to expand the organization's commercial reach. The role combines outbound business development, relationship building, commercial negotiation, and market intelligence. You will connect with CPA networks, webmasters, media-buying teams, and other high-potential partners across multiple acquisition channels. Your work will directly contribute to growing the partner network, launching new traffic sources, and creating sustainable commercial opportunities. You will also represent the organization at international conferences and industry events, building relationships and identifying emerging market opportunities. This role is ideal for a proactive and commercially minded professional who thrives on autonomy, networking, and measurable results.
