Business Expert (Planning)

We are looking for a person with...   At least 3 years of experience within planning, workforce planning, business controlling or OMNI planning  Strong understanding of Store operations and how sales, pieces and visitor plans impact workload and operational capacity  Experience working with structured planning processes and planning tools  Strong business process understanding and ability to translate business needs into practical solutions  Experience creating process documentation, training materials and end-user guidance  Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights  Experience working cross-functionally within a complex organization  And a person who is...   Passionate about improving processes and driving planning excellence  Structured, organized and quality-driven  Curious, proactive and solution-oriented  Comfortable challenging existing ways of working and proposing improvements  A strong communicator who can explain complex concepts in a simple way  Confident working with multiple stakeholders across functions and markets  Able to work independently while actively contributing to team goals  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION   This is a permanent position based in our Head Office in Stockholm with the possibility to work remotely.
