Business Receiver Lead - SAP Implementation

**Assignment Overview** We are looking for an experienced Business Receiver Lead to support the implementation of SAP at one of our production units. This is a critical role focused on ensuring that business requirements, operational needs, and local readiness are fully represented and addressed throughout the transformation journey. As the key representative of the production unit, you will act as the link between the project organization and the local business, ensuring successful collaboration, alignment, and adoption of new processes and ways of working. **Key Responsibilities** - Represent the production unit within the SAP implementation project. - Act as the primary bridge between the project organization and local business stakeholders. - Secure business alignment throughout all project phases. - Support and facilitate business-related decision-making. - Coordinate and drive local readiness activities. - Identify risks, challenges, and dependencies and ensure appropriate mitigation actions. - Engage with managers, process owners, key users, and project stakeholders to secure commitment and successful adoption. - Support planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and post go-live stabilization activities. - Ensure business preparedness for new processes, systems, and ways of working. - Drive change management and user readiness initiatives. - Monitor and report progress related to business readiness and adoption. **Required Experience** - Experience working within production, manufacturing, operations, business development, or project environments. - Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in industrial organizations. - Experience leading or supporting business transformation initiatives. - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable activities. - Experience from SAP implementations or other ERP transformation projects is considered an advantage. **Required Competencies** - Strong stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Structured and organized way of working. - Strong problem-solving and decision-support capabilities. - Ability to drive alignment across different functions and organizational levels. - Experience supporting organizational change and process adoption. - Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
