As Business Support Specialist at Business Sweden your job will focus on delivering operational support services, fostering close collaboration with clients, and contributing to the success of long-term strategic initiatives. The role includes both strategic, tactic and operational responsibilities such as: Full sets of accounts using different accounting softwareElectronic banking with different banksCash book and cash flow maintenanceInvoicingYear-end audit supportLiaising with company secretary / auditor / tax agentPeriodic (monthly, quarterly, yearly) reporting based on clients’ requirements, reporting package and timelineUpdate financial data to ensure all information’s are accurate and immediately available when neededAssist with company establishment processEnsure finance administration, filing and documentations are in orderProactively take initiatives to solve delivery related risks and issuesDeep knowledge of rules and regulations in the market related to the service deliveryAttend & provide ad-hoc advice to clientsAd-hoc task from time to time The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, but you will have a chance to collaborate with our teams and clients around the world, as required.
