Business & System Analyst

Assignment description We are looking for a Business & System Analyst to support the development, operation and continuous improvement of HR systems, HR data and reporting solutions within a large international organization. In this role, you will translate HR business requirements into reliable system and reporting solutions, with a strong focus on data quality, usability and efficient processes. You will manage and validate HR data, develop reports and dashboards based on business needs, and support testing, releases and enhancements across HR systems and reporting solutions. The assignment also includes identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification and automation, as well as providing functional support, documentation and guidance to HR users. You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure that systems, data and reporting solutions continue to meet operational needs and support more efficient ways of working. Qualifications Must Have You have a relevant university degree or equivalent education, for example within Business Administration, HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems or IT. You have experience or solid knowledge within Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting. You have experience with SAP-based HR and analytics solutions, such as SuccessFactors, Datasphere or SAC, or equivalent systems. You have good skills in SQL and Excel. You have knowledge of data modelling, data quality and business analysis. You have experience working with enterprise applications and data, preferably within an HR environment. You are fluent in English. Nice to Have It is meritorious if you have good skills in Power BI. A plus is understanding of SAP HR data models and enterprise integrations. Deep SAP configuration knowledge is not required. Knowledge of Python is considered an advantage. It is also meritorious if you have experience with automation, such as Power Automate, scripting or AI-assisted reporting. Additional education or training within Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting is a plus. Knowledge of Portuguese, Swedish or German is considered an advantage. You are analytical, structured and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to your work. You enjoy collaborating with others and are comfortable communicating with different stakeholders. You are curious, service-minded and motivated by continuous improvement. You adapt well to change and are able to maintain a clear focus on both stakeholder needs and high-quality delivery.
