Website: Green SM - Electric Mobility Service, 5-Star Quality | Green SM Position Overview The Car Registration Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end vehicle registration process to ensure GSM Europe’s EV fleet is legally ready for operation in the local market. This role will coordinate documentation, registration applications, insurance confirmation, license plates, and related administrative procedures to ensure vehicles are ready for deployment on time. Key Responsibilities Support vehicle registration processes for GSM Denmark EV fleet across assigned markets Prepare and manage registration documents including CoC, vehicle titles, customs, insurance, and compliance paperwork Coordinate with transport authorities, registration offices, and external agencies to ensure legal compliance Monitor local EV regulations, registration requirements, tax incentives, and subsidy policies Execute and track bulk vehicle registrations to support operational launch timelines Follow vehicle status from delivery through license plate issuance and road readiness Coordinate with insurance providers and external partners to resolve registration issues and documentation gaps Manage license plate distribution, vehicle records, and fleet administration processes including deregistration and ownership transfer Collaborate closely with Logistics, Fleet Operations, Insurance, and local teams to ensure timely “Ready-to-Drive” vehicle deployment Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Automotive, or related fields. 2–4 years of experience in vehicle registration, fleet administration, leasing operations, logistics administration, or related fields. Understanding local vehicle registration processes and administrative requirements. Familiarity with electric vehicles, vehicle imports, or EV-related documentation is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents and cases at the same time. Good coordination skills with authorities, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Professional fluency in the local language and English.
