About the Role You will take ownership of sourcing and purchasing across selected service categories, with a focus on securing strong commercial outcomes, high quality, and sustainable supplier partnerships. The role sits in a cross-functional environment where service purchasing has a direct impact on business performance, and you will act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders across several departments. You will work with categories such as HR services, facility services, legal services, and other professional services. Job Description You will manage sourcing and purchasing activities in line with established processes and policies. You will develop and drive category strategies for selected service areas. You will build, maintain, and develop relationships with external service suppliers. You will act as a Purchasing Business Partner for designated departments and support stakeholders in their purchasing needs. You will analyze spend data, supplier proposals, cost breakdowns, and business requirements to support sound purchasing decisions. You will negotiate and contribute to commercial terms, statements of work, and contract structures. You will help secure the best overall value through a balanced view of cost, quality, risk, and contractual conditions. You may occasionally travel as part of the assignment. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field. Minimum five years of experience in purchasing, including at least three years in service category. Experience from service categories such as professional services, corporate services, facility services, HR services, or similar areas. Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to review spending data, cost breakdowns, supplier proposals, and business requirements. Solid understanding of commercial terms, statements of work, contract structures, and basic risk mitigation principles. You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions as well as external suppliers. You are able to quickly understand business needs, supplier markets, and internal processes, and turn that into effective purchasing actions. Fluent English, written and spoken.
