Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field - Minimum five years of experience in purchasing, including at least three years in service category - Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and manage different stakeholder needs, and maintain relationship with external suppliers - Strong analytical skills, including the ability to review spending data, cost breakdowns, supplier proposals, and business requirements - Solid understanding of commercial terms, statements of work, contract structures, and basic risk mitigation principles - Experience from service categories, such as professional services, corporate services, facility services, HR services, or similar areas - Fast learning ability, to quickly understand business needs and history background, supplier markets, internal processes, and to convert this knowledge into effective purchasing actions with limited onboarding time - Fluent in English, both written and spoken **Contract type and hours** Full-time consulting assignment until 2027-03-21.
