In this role, you will work closely with procurement, maintenance, engineering, and production teams to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of mechanical spare parts and materials.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>This is a key role in supporting our ramp-up, where your work will directly contribute to minimizing downtime, enabling operational stability, and building a scalable procurement foundation for long-term operations.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You will take ownership of developing how we manage spare parts, suppliers, and contracts in a completely new industrial setup — helping us build something from the ground up.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Develop and drive the Mechanical MRO category strategy to support ramp-up and ongoing operations</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Establish and manage the supplier base and contracts, including sourcing, negotiation, and framework agreements</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensure availability of critical spare parts to support maintenance and reduce downtime risks</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Co-lead the development of spare parts structures and master data, supporting CMMS/asset management implementation</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Optimize total cost of ownership while ensuring safety, quality, and supply reliability</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, production, engineering, and logistics</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Identify and manage supply chain risks, ensuring continuity in a dynamic environment</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Develop scalable ways of working, processes, and governance within the category</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You’re someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
