Looking for a role where you can shape procurement strategy and turn it into measurable business value? As a Category Manager, you will play a key role in Stena Line's procurement transformation. You will develop and execute category strategies, identify improvement and sourcing opportunities, and work closely with stakeholders across the business to translate commercial opportunities into tangible results. Through strong supplier relationships, fact-based decision-making and effective negotiation, you will help strengthen both commercial performance and long-term value creation. Some of your key responsibilities: Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business priorities Identify, prioritize and analyze category improvement initiatives, including strategic sourcing activities Lead cross functional category projects, sourcings and improvement initiatives Drive cost reduction initiatives and deliver on category targets Negotiate and manage contracts and supplier agreements Manage supplier relationships and commercial performance Track category initiatives, results and realized value What you will experience As a Stena Line employee in Sweden, we offer you an additional benefits package consisting of travel discounts, health allowance, well-being activities, access to a benefits portal, and much more. Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience At least five years of experience in Category Management (preferably Indirect Procurement) Proven experience in category analysis, strategic sourcing and supplier selection Experience in structuring, negotiating and managing commercial contracts and supplier relationships Strong leadership qualities with a capability to drive change and influence cross-functional teams Demonstrated curiosity, continuous learning mindset and ability to adopt new technologies and ways of working Excellent negotiation and communication skills Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken Interested?
