We build systems that make great execution the default.That's why we're looking for a CFO who can build the infrastructure that allows Airmee to scale without losing speed, discipline, or control.<hr><h2>The role</h2>As CFO, you'll own the operating system behind Airmee's growth.This is more than a finance role.You'll build the structures, processes, and rhythms that allow the business to move faster while staying in control.Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Management Team, you'll lead our Finance and People functions, ensuring every important decision is backed by trusted data, strong financial discipline, and governance that scales with the company.Your mission: enable Airmee to scale without adding complexity.<hr><h2>What success looks like</h2>Within this role you will:<ol><li>Ensure reporting is trusted and actionable—from daily operational dashboards to Board reporting.</li><li>Own the company's financial discipline through budgeting, cash management, liquidity planning, and performance follow-up.</li><li>Establish scalable frameworks for onboarding, performance reviews, salary reviews, and other core People processes.</li><li>Lead Finance, Payroll, and People to operate as frictionless internal services that enable the rest of the business to move faster.</li><li>Drive the automation agenda, systematically reducing manual work as the organisation grows.</li><li>Ensure governance, compliance, and internal controls identify risks early and scale with the business.</li></ol><hr><h2>What you'll own</h2>You'll own:<ol><li>Financial stewardship — budget, cash, liquidity, banking, audit, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Reporting — ensuring trusted, timely, and actionable reporting for every stakeholder.</li><li>Pe
