Assignment Description During Scouting (2026): Identify impacted groups and key stakeholders,.Conduct initial stakeholder analysis together with support from the rest of the Change Management Team. Capture high-level change impact from Amplify on each factory and ensure it is discussed with the relevant stakeholders to raise awareness. Identify required business readiness activities, together with the functional teams. Engage close with all functional teams whose processes impact the factories. Continuous engagement of the relevant local and regional stakeholders. Adjust the CM Approach for the Czech factories. During Roll-Out (2027-2028): CM Planning and execution, according to the Amplify Change Management approach and Prosci methodology. Collaborate with Project Manager, Primary Business Process Leads, Local Super Users and Change Agents to engage leaders in the impacted organizations, according to the Stakeholder Engagement and Communications approach. Capture and coordinate communication of Change Impact and new ways of working to local business leaders. Support assessing business change readiness and providing mitigation actions.
