Change Management Consultant (Czech speaking)

Assignment Description We are looking for a Management Consultant with Czech language skills to support a large transformation and change management initiative. During the initial phase in 2026, you will identify impacted groups and key stakeholders and conduct an initial stakeholder analysis together with the wider Change Management team. You will capture high-level change impacts across the affected factories and ensure these are discussed with relevant stakeholders to create awareness and understanding of the upcoming changes. You will also identify required business readiness activities together with the functional teams and work closely with teams whose processes have an impact on the factories. The role includes continuous engagement with relevant local and regional stakeholders as well as adapting the overall Change Management approach to fit the needs of the Czech factories. During the roll-out phase in 2027–2028, you will be responsible for Change Management planning and execution in line with the established Change Management approach and Prosci methodology. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Business Process Leads, Local Super Users and Change Agents to engage leaders across the impacted organization. You will capture and coordinate communication around change impacts and new ways of working to local business leaders, support assessments of business change readiness and help define appropriate mitigation actions where needed. Key interfaces include the Change Management team, Project Manager, Business Process Leads, Local Super Users, Change Agents and local factory management. Qualifications: You understand change from both an end-user and leadership perspective. You have excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills, as well as strong listening skills, and are comfortable facilitating dialogue and stakeholder engagement. You are skilled at building relationships and collaborating with different stakeholders. You are fluent in both Czech and English, written and spoken. You have a tactical planning mindset combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, and you are focused on execution and getting things done. You are flexible, collaborative and comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment. You are willing to develop your knowledge of change management methods, tools, techniques and best practices as part of the program.
