About the Role You will play a key role in a large transformation program where change needs to be anchored across multiple factory organizations and business functions. The focus is on turning change impact into clear actions, strong stakeholder engagement, and practical readiness activities so leaders and end users can adopt new ways of working with confidence. You will work closely with project leadership, business process leads, super users, change agents, and factory management in an international environment. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy combining structure, communication, and collaboration in a complex rollout where your work will have visible impact. Job Description You will identify impacted groups and key stakeholders and drive the initial stakeholder analysis together with the Change Management team. You will capture high-level change impact for each factory and make sure it is discussed with relevant stakeholders to build awareness. You will define required business readiness activities together with functional teams. You will work closely with functional teams whose processes affect factory operations. You will maintain continuous engagement with local and regional stakeholders throughout the transformation. You will adapt the change management approach to the local factory context. You will plan and execute change management activities in line with the program approach and Prosci methodology. You will collaborate with the Project Manager, Primary Business Process Leads, Local Super Users, Change Agents, and factory management. You will coordinate communication around change impact and new ways of working for local business leaders. You will support assessments of business change readiness and help define mitigation actions where needed. Requirements Strong understanding of change from both an end-user and leader perspective Fluent English and Czech, written and spoken Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, combined with strong listening skills Ability to facilitate dialogue and create engagement across stakeholder groups Ability to build relationships across functions and cultures Tactical planning skills and a problem-solving approach Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to get things done Flexible and collaborative way of working Knowledge of change management methods, tools, techniques and best practice What We Offer Permanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
