Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a Physical Science with 0 to 2 years of industry experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting; or 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the essential functions of the role. Entry level understanding of laboratory, chemical and general safety practices in a manufacturing environment. Competent with chemical calculations for molarity, density, and use of the metric system. Ability to manage multiple tasks or processes simultaneously while meeting production timelines. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work proactively. Good computer and data entry skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and web browsers. Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations. Adherence to company safety and PPE policies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, or similar). Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Experience in chemical manufacturing, oligonucleotide manufacturing, or a regulated laboratory environment. Familiarity with inventory management and material control processes. Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Minimum: $ 22.35 Maximum: $37.25 This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for the California -based position.  The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, skills, and location.
