<p><strong>Clearwater is now looking for interns for H1 2027 (January–March and March–June)</strong></p><p>Clearwater is a leading global corporate finance house with 20 offices around the world. Our Swedish team consists of 40+ professionals and is continuing to grow rapidly. We are one of Sweden’s leading mid-market M&A advisers in terms of deal volume and expanded our Swedish presence with the opening of our Gothenburg office in spring 2024.</p><p>As an intern at Clearwater, you will become an integral part of the team and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of M&A activities. You will work closely with our deal teams and gain valuable insight into both the industry and the transaction process, while developing your analytical and professional skills.</p><p>Our internship program is one of our main recruitment channels for full-time positions. Your responsibilities will include supporting our analysts with company and market research, preparing presentation materials, and performing valuation and financial analysis.</p>
