What you'll do You'll manage day-to-day relationships with designated fund clients, acting as the primary front-office contact and maintaining effective communication through regular engagement with CFOs, financial controllers, and other stakeholders You'll review quarterly and annual financial statements, reports, and fund accounting activities, ensuring compliance with applicable reporting frameworks such as UK GAAP and IFRS, as well as fund legal documentation and LPAs You'll oversee and review investor drawdown and distribution calculations, ensuring the accurate recording, allocation, communication, and processing of all investor and fund cash movements You'll take ownership of client deliverables by coordinating timelines, monitoring progress, resolving issues proactively, prioritizing competing deadlines, and ensuring high-quality, timely completion of all reporting requirements You'll mentor and support team members, contribute to process improvements and risk reduction initiatives, and demonstrate strong relationship-building, teamwork, decision-making, resilience, organizational, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful client outcomes What we offer Comprehensive remuneration: Motivating financial packages based upon market rates for your role and is proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profile Wellbeing: Additional social benefits such as private health and dental cover, life assurance, eye test and corporate GP Annual leave: All our employees are entitled to 25 days paid leave, plus all UK public holidays. As such, we are open to conversations with employees related to setting up flexible working arrangements Support and development: We will ensure you have the right training, tools and development plan to grow and improve your skills every day You hold a higher-level education qualification, IATI qualification, or equivalent, and are ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified (or qualified by experience with equivalent expertise) You have 3+ years of experience in a professional office environment, ideally within financial services or an accounting practice managing multiple client relationships You possess strong accounting knowledge, with experience reviewing working paper files and financial statements, including disclosures, or can demonstrate equivalent expertise through relevant experience and continuing professional development (CPD) You have proven experience managing client relationships, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and resolving client issues in a professional and timely manner You support and mentor less experienced team members while utilizing intermediate Excel skills to analyze data, manage financial information, and enhance team performance About IQEQ We’re a leading Investor Services group offering end-to-end services in administration, accounting, reporting, regulatory and compliance needs of the investment sector worldwide.  We employ a global workforce of 6,500+ people across 24 jurisdictions and have assets under administration (AUA) exceeding US$857 billion.
