Key responsibilities include facilitating customer requirements discovery workshops, pitching services aligned with customer objectives, qualifying deals, and setting the services sales strategy. The CSP ensures that IFS proposals follow best practices and standards while minimizing risk to both the customer and IFS. Collaboration with many contributors is essential, but the CSP drives the services content of the bids, along with underpinning documentation, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs). Saudi National or current resident (Iqama) 10+ years of experience in a customer facing and/or pre-sales role in – Customer success, professional services, management consultancy, project management; experience of customers undergoing transformation or digitalisation Proficiency in English and Arabic Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills Strategic planning skills Thrives in a deadline-driven environment, working across multiple functions and geographical locations Willing to travel throughout the region as required Competency in using tools such as Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI and Gen AI for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes. Desirable : University degree, or equivalent professional qualifications, in a field relevant for the functional area or responsibility Experience from working with ERP, FSM or EAM applications Experience of agile development methodology Industry knowledge in one of IFS 6 core industries Proven experience in Sales methodologies (SPIN/MEDDIC etc) IFS is a billion-dollar revenue company with 7000+ employees on all continents.
