CLM Consultant / Business Analyst

Role: CLM Advisory Consultant / Business Analyst   Grade: Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant Location: London   Role Summary   This is a great opportunity to join our dynamic Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Advisory business working with some leading financial institutions, to be part of ‘The CLM Experts™’ and to transform the world of CLM. This role requires an understanding of the e2e process journeys (Client Onboarding, Maintenance, Offboarding), and appreciation of stakeholder perspectives and common business needs. We empower both financial institutions and RegTech vendors by delivering solutions, targeted insights, and organisational change. As a consultant, you will work directly with our clients, providing expert advice and ensuring DC deliver to the highest standards.  You will drive engagements, manage client relationships, and support business growth by identifying opportunities and delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services, exceptional problem-solving skills, project management and/or business analysis experience, the ability to motivate and inspire others, and a proven track record of delivering successful client engagements.  You will have change management experience and prior success as a management consultant or within a change role in a financial services institution.  To learn more about our services click here (deltacapita.com)
