Cloud DevOps Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer to join a highly cloud-focused engineering environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS, event-driven architectures, containers, Terraform, CI/CD, and service mesh technologies. This role is well suited to a technically strong engineer who enjoys building and improving cloud platforms, automating infrastructure, supporting developer teams, and driving DevOps best practices across a complex AWS environment. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and platform services. Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation . Implement and manage Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code . Work with AWS Lambda and event-driven architectures . Support containerized environments using Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes . Work with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Solace . Support Service Mesh technologies such as Istio and Kong. Develop automation scripts using Python and/or Bash. Support monitoring, observability, and traceability using tools such as Dynatrace. Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application issues and drive continuous improvement.
